I like to make wands from the hard wood that the forest gives up.
Common wand woods include Acacia, known for its tricky nature and preference for owners of subtle magic; Alder, which is unyielding and best suited for considerate individuals; and Apple, which is rare and powerful, often chosen by those with high ideals and personal charm. Each wood has its own unique properties and affinities, such as Applewood’s poor compatibility with Dark magic and Alder’s proficiency in non-verbal spell work. The choice of wand wood is deeply personal and reflects the wizard’s character and magical potential.
